I reside in Alberta, Canada. I was born in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada and my family moved to Alberta when I was 4 years old. I have been creative since I was a child, I did a lot of pencil drawings, sketches. I also tried my hand at oil painting and pastel but kept up with the sketching mostly. I then started sculpting in 2014, I am self taught with the help of tutorials from other artists, my own research as well as trial and error. I have found that I really love sculpting with polymer clay, I love bringing my ideas to life, solving the problems on how I am going to get it to work and be strong enough. I love everything about it, from building the armature to designing the outfit and painting. I make it all myself, and I do believe that there is still a tonne of information that I will learn and I am looking forward to it. I became a member of the IADR(International Art Doll Registry) in 2016, and this year 2017 I became a member of PDMAG(Professional Doll Makers Art Guild).
I use Polymer Clay, several kinds of paints, fabrics, hair, wire and stories. I am currently working on a likeness and a BJD. I recently won the Novice Category at IADR For my likeness BJD "My Son" February 2019.
A lot of things inspire me, but mostly other artists and what they create. The International Art Doll Registry provides a lot of inspiration for me.
